Hi

We are implementing JEA for Windows discovery for our customer and after setting up the credentials and adding the required comfiguration parameters we are ending with the below given error.

Discovery Log error:

Configuration Item [undefined] Creation 
2020-09-02 03:46:41: Not exploring device because record was not created for main CI type. Check that classification table matches your pattern type.
Payload processing failed

We are trying to discovery "Windows 2019 Datacenter Server" .

Any idea about this error? Kindly Help!!

Sounds like what you're getting back from the device doesn't meet the requirements in the classification table. For 2019 I think it's isVIP: false, name contains 2019 and osFullname contain server.

Hi Sai,

Debug the pattern to see if you are creating the record in the "CI Type" table mentioned in the pattern.
