How to configure Post Incident Review tab in incident form

Hi All,

I wanted to configure the Post Incident Review  tab  in the incident form please let me know how to use this feature .

I done through the doc which i have mentioned below but i didnt get the idea like how to configure it in the incident form.

Hi supreeth,

If you want Post Incident review Tab in Incident  alert form, make incident alert ticket state change to resolved it appears on tab form.

and if you want Post Incident review tab on incident form, then go to >section>caption start with post incident review> you see it.

then create same in incident form.

Please let me know your concern for fallowing points:

1.Please let me the if you want me to activate any plugin for this activity.

2.Please let me know what is incident alert for and how it looks.

3.Please let me know the reason why i am not able to get the "post incident review" in the caption section.
