How to create service map for network

We have a requirement where we need to create a service map for network topology. 

So the client get data from the switches it travels through multiple switches and reach to end switch. 

Is it possible to create a map? We have routing table populated in the cmdb and it dose have the route information. But I am not finding any way to do this? 

Can I extend a pattern to trace the route?

@pratiksha5 - do u have any load balancer which is a network device like F5 or something? If yes then i think that may help getting the info.. Otherwise since there are no servers involved, so not really sure if servicenow has any way to create the service map automatically.
