How to delete a Published Cloud Account when the datacenter is not present any longer?

Hello,

I have deleted a datacenter (AWS) without first checking if there were some related Cloud Accounts.

So I am in a situation now that I do not have the datacenter and I cannot delete the Published Account, because I cannot Unpublished it and when I try to enter the account I get the message "Failed to get associated data center".

So how can I remove this account?

Thanks

Mirco

Try the following, you should be able to unpublish the cloud account.

Go to the table sn_cmp_ca_assc_datacenter_list.do. Check for the datacenter which you directly deleted, there should be an entry here. Just delete the record associated for the datacenter with the cloud account here. For each and every datacenter associated with your cloud account there will be an entry created in this table. Right after this try to unpublish the cloudaccount, you should be able to do it now.

Thanks for the reply, I was able to delete the datacenter entries from the table but  I am still not able to unpublish and delete the Cloud accounts, now it is asking me to add a datacenter and the "Published" button is still greyed

Thanks for your help

There should be a back button just before the cloud account name like (<) this. Click on that. It will take you back to the page where you can see all the cloud accounts. Just do mouse hover on your cloud account, you can see the (X) button. Click on that, your cloud account can be deleted.

I cannot see any back button ... if I mouse over the cloud account I do not have any choice ...

I have the last London Patch 1 version

btw: with Firefox this version is not working correctly for me, I must use Chrome.

Thanks
