I am working on a WorkspaceONE integration using IntegrationHub ETL to map the assigned to field on Hardware/Handheld Device CIs.
We have about 1600 shared devices coming in with a generic noreply@company.com email address.(These do not belong to AD user). To prevent them from overwriting each other or mapping to a single duplicate user, I designed a custom transform script.
During our test, I cleared the Assigned to field for 10 target CIs to see if the integration would populate them. The scheduled job ran successfully, but the fields remained empty.
I want to know the best practice to dynamically handle this inside IntegrationHub ETL.
