How to get list of Discovery licenses consumed in instance from ServiceNow Support (HI support) port

Hi All 

Kindly let me know , how to check How many licenses are consumed in my instance from HI support portal,

 

I got to know one of my team member was able to check from HI support portal . He left company and his number is not working.

  1. To check the number of licenses consumed in your ServiceNow instance, there are two primary methods you can use. Each method provides a different approach, so you can choose the one that best fits your access level and preferences.

     

    Method 1: Via the HI Support Portal

    1. Log in to the HI Support Portal: Access https://hi.service-now.com/ using your ServiceNow credentials.
    2. Navigate to Instance Information: Look for "Instances" or "Instance Information" to find details about your ServiceNow instances.
    3. Select Your Instance: Choose the instance for which you need license information if you have access to multiple instances.
    4. View License Information: Find the licensing section to see details about license types, the number of licenses in use, and available licenses.
    5. License Utilization Reports: Some portals may offer detailed reports on license usage over time.
    6. Contact Support: If you're unable to find the information you need, raise a support ticket through the HI portal.

    Note for Consultants: If you are assisting a customer, ensure you have been granted the necessary access to view their licensing information, either through specific roles and permissions in their ServiceNow environment or access to their HI portal account.

     

    Method 2: Subscription Overview in ServiceNow Instance

    1. Access Subscription Overview: Log in as an admin to your ServiceNow instance and navigate to the Subscription Overview page. You can directly access this page by replacing YOURINSTANCE with your actual instance name in the following URL: https://YOURINSTANCE.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%2Fhome.do%3Fsysparm_view%3Dsubscription_allocati...
    2. View License Allocations: This page provides an overview of your license allocations, including the number of licenses allocated for different subscription services and how many are currently in use.

I would recomend Method 2.
