In our environment we are doing discovery of assets using ACC. Since Service Mapping is not supported when discovery is done via ACC, we have no choice but to go with Manual Service Mapping.
However, need help and guidance on if we have some mechanism to group CI's in Manual Service Mapping as well similar to when the Service mapping is done via discovery.
Any assistance or guidance would be highly appreciated!!

Thank you @Abbas_5 for your reply. However, I was not looking at on how to manual link a CI in a Service Map. We had already done that but my question is how to group the manual linked CI's.
In case of service mapping created by discovery, similar application items get grouped together automatically but its not happening in case of manual created service map, so if there is a mechanism to do that. Please assist.
Thank you for all your help.
