Looking at the Source code I found this CSS file which could be altered, but for us we would need approval from our Product Owner, you would also need to make a note of this change for future upgrades.
It would be great if ServiceNow made the UI themes more customisable like a WordPress or Joomla template.

Same here... I'd like to know as well. Users and Managers would rather see a zero and/or the "No Records Found" message.
