I'd like to find a way to easily add a note, closure code, and then resolve multiple incidents at the same time...all with the same note & closure code. I tried following the SN Wiki for this, but am not having any success. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Hi Chris, have you tried doing a bundle update from the incident list? From there you can set multiple incident to Resolve at once. That's of course assuming that you have the rights to do so from the list instead of updating the state of the incident from the form .
Thanks,
Berny

Sure, you just need to navigate to your incident list. Type incident.list on your navigation window. From there you select once the state column and while hitting control button you start selecting all the records you want to update. Then you double click on any of the records and update it to resolved. That's going to set it to resolved for all.
Thanks,
Berny

In case you don't have the state column, you will need to personalize your incident list list to add it.
Thanks,
Berny
