I have a requirement to restrict a quick email template to only those users which should have the need to use the template.
From accessing System Policy - Quick Messages and then selecting the Template in question I can see that I only have the ability to restrict this to one user or one group. Is there a way I can extend this to multiple groups/users?
This question has already been asked 3 years ago at the following link without any joy so I'm hoping that 2018 will be different........

Hi Nayan. I had not (slightly embarrassed about that!).
Seems to be working but I'll need to run a few tests on it just to be certain before I mark this as the correct answer. Thanks for the assistance so far!
