Hello Expert,
We are discovering AWS cloud environment in the ServiceNow using ServiceNow Discovery. We are able to discovered the data for 100+ cloud Service Account in the Service.
We have requirement to represent the AWS discovered data in the ServiceNow cloud service account wise. I am aware of that we can see the data from going to Discovery>>Home and clicking on the Active Schedule. By this we can see data representation of discovered data for the particular schedule with respect to cloud account.
However, the challenge here that we can not go to see the discovered data class wise(Specific Cloud Service) with respect to cloud service account.
Therefore, I am reaching to Expert to know in case you have some better reporting or data representation of AWS Discovered data cloud service account wise.
This will help to compare and validate the data of the discovery with AWS Console. At this moment we can know the cloud discover data class wise but in order to understand its belong which account, you will have to further drill down and 5 level relationship you an see Hosted on which data center and account used.
Thanks
Sharad

Have you tried using the cloud resources dashboard? its OOTB under cloud provisioning and governance. You'll be able to drill down based on service accounts and regions.

Looks like you are using Rome. you can try the Performance Analytics pack for cloud resources - this provides PA dashboard wherein you can filter to the specific accounts.
the store app is here - and it is free for discovery (or CPG) customers.
And, when you move to San Diego we have any even better option - cloud operations workspace - you can run discovery schedules here as well as get the nice dashboard view (in our next ui theme).
Note - this app underlying uses the same PA content pack and tables.
regards,
