Hi,
We are using out of box SolarWinds connectors to pull events.
Events are received but the severity field is empty, when we check we could see an additional information field in the event form that has an attribute icon that is used to set severity by referring to the em_mapping_rule table, please refer to the below screenshot.
And also please let me know how the value priority group value is set in alert, we are not doing any mapping for that field in the event rule

I can't see the processing notes from your screenshot but you should have something like:
Mapping rule(s) applied: solarwinds-icon-severity
The if you go to the alert Alert0012384 the priority should be set to Critical if all is working fine.

Thank you, yes, I could see that information in the processing notes.
The severity will not be updated in the event form, will it be reflected only in alert form?
And also, we don't have any staging form before the records get created in event form?
How do we reprocess the event again?
