How we can add email as an .msg attachment into record when creating record using inbound action.

I want to add incoming email as an .msg file attachment to the newly created record. This record is getting created from the inbound action. I am able to attach email as .eml file but it is not showing images (HTML files).

Hi, I believe that msg is a propritory Microsoft format and only valid in a Microsoft exchange/outlook environment, so don't see this being achievable.

Is there any other way to create file of email body in HTML format with attachments in it like .msg

Why do you need this? If you add sent/received emails into the activity log you can see the HTML version of any email communications, there's no need to attach it as well.

I am converting this record into incident, hence I need to attach the email to original record and when I convert it into incident, have to copy the attached email to it. Received email will show in the original record activity only.
