I have 2 rogue details tabs I can't close in the Service Operations Workspace. I deleted these 2 test incidents while they were on-hold, but now I can't close the tabs via close all tabs option or clicking on them.
lose all tabs

Sounds like a great workaround and thanks for sharing. I just hope there is an actual solution at some point from ServiceNow.

We have users experiencing the same thing on occasion. Agree that clearing cache is not an acceptable solution. Is anyone aware of formal acknowledgment of this as a known issue?

I cannot use another browser (company policy) in order to check this weird thing (strange tabs).
For me this worked: I sign-out from Edge browser and then sign-in back.
Thank you

We recently had the same experience, with a user having two blank "Details" tabs in SOW when using MS Edge. Raised a case with SN Support, and they suggested the following fix/workaround:
How to reset Microsoft Edge completely from a Microsoft Account to - Microsoft Community
This worked for our user, so hopefully this might help anyone else who has tried other workarounds without success.
