Hi, currently when someone opens an active incident the Task SLA tab does not show the Business time left. I want to be able to add the new column and change the ordering globally for all incidents. When I personalize the list column it only shows for myself. How do I make the change globally?
Thanks

Hi Julio,
In that case you have to personalize->list layout which will be global change. Please find more details in the section 2.1 here.

hi Julio,
Right click on the list-> personalize-> list Layout.
Here you order the columns as per your requirement.
NOTE:- This change will be reflected to all those who have not personalized this related list already. This is so because its just a way to set the default order and columns but anyone can change that as per their wish. But for them also when they click on personalize they will get an option to "reset columns to default" , check that box and save and it will bring up the default list.

I cannot follow your "note" text ... what do you mean by
"when they click on personalize they will get an option to 'reset columns to default', check that box and save and it will bring up the default list."
Just don't know what that means. If I want to personalize the display -- like in Sharepoint -- can I create a view just for me?
So if I can do that how do I create a view just for me and leave the public default view as is?
If you can answer that it would be GREAT.
