Identification Rule is not working

Hello Team,

i  have created the Identification Rule and Reconciliation Rules

on the cmdb_ci_hardware table but when I am uploading the data through load data utility  then CI is created   but when I update the Manufacturer then NEW ci is created.

my question is that why both rules are  not working

Try Creating the new Rule on Local CI table instead of Hardware table it will super cede the hardware rules.

In Your current rule Serial No -200 and your new rule -300 Put your Name Rule as first to check.

CHild class of Hardware Table - Exactly the CMDB table where you are loading the data.
