Inbound Email Action: - Extract data from an html table

Hi,

Is anyone able to help/advise.

I have set up an inbound action to create a requested item - I have managed to get this going but I am having an issue extracting the data from the email.

This contains an html table - and the data I want to extract (to complete catalog variables) is in the second column.

Has anyone done this before and is it possible?

Why you don't try to read the data from spreadsheet like XLS format?

For example:

- Receive the email with XLS in attach.

- Then read this attach?

As far as I remember, I already saw this kind of implementation.

OK, I have read the above and am having similar issues. I am actually getting the text into the REQ/RITM but not taking it one step further to populate the requested for or variables. Please see document for screen shots. Any direction appreciated.
