Can anyone help me to know what is use of IP affinity table and Ip service table in ServiceNow
and how they are connected to each other.

Hi,
IP Affinity is a table which shows the relation between which credential was used to discover this IP address. Whenever the IP address it discovered using any specific credential the IP affinity is created automatically. IP affinity also shows which MID Server was used to discover this IP and which credential was used.
IP Service is nothing but a relation between IP Service and Dameons. Like for example SNMP used port 161 and which protocol is used like TCP or UDP.
