Hi All,
Need your guidance for below issue.
I am trying to discover the IP Switch device(IP = 10.1.x.x) but as a result CI is getting updated with Lookback IP address IP=175.6.X.X). After the discovery, CI has an IP address as 10.1.X.X for a fraction of seconds and later it automatically updates/changes to 175.6.X.X . I do see System is updating this field automatically.
- I have checked with Network team engineer, he confirmed both Mgmt IP and loopback IP is configured in device level
- It's not happening for all the IP switches. ( we do see this behaviour only for few IP switch devices)
- in the discovery payload i do see both the IP address are captured.
Can you please guide me how to make sure the device has management IP address (10.1.X.X) for these Switches.
Thanks,
Shruthi

Hi @pratiksha5 @AJ-TechTrek @Rahul Priyadars
Thanks for taking your time for guiding me, I have updated the Discovery Properties and restarted the MID Server services and re-discovered the CI. But still its getting updated with Loopback IP address.
Thanks,
Shruthi.

or
If you do not want to get your IP changed multiple times then you can add comma-separated list of classes to property glide.discovery.exclude_ip_sync_classes.
