Is their a range format for the IP Address List in the Global IP Exclusion list?

I am trying out the new Global IP Exclusion list and want to organize my IP's so it is easy to follow.  It seems their are 3 choices.  An IP Address List, IP Range and IP Subnet.  I have several range sets I want to exclude that are IPs for an Isilon cluster of devices.  I would like to label the record by the cluster name and include all IP's.  They are not contiguous and are ranges like below for the one cluster.  If it was contiguous it would be easy to just do a subnet.

10.1.1.2 - 10.1.1.10

10.1.1.25 - 10.1.1.35

10.1.1.44 - 10.1.1.62

I wanted to create one record and use an IP Address List, but not have to enter each IP individually.  10.1.1.2 - 10.1.1.10 does not work as I tried it.  Is their some kind of range shorthand that ServiceNow understands where I could create an IP Address List that was either a single range of 10.1.1.2 - 10.1.1.10 or even a set of ranges like 10.1.1.2 - 10.1.1.10, 10.1.1.25 - 10.1.1.35, 10.1.1.44 - 10.1.1.62.

My purpose again is to keep all these under one record so the table does not get cluttered and easy to find exclusions.  IP Address List seems to be the only one that allows multiple entries under one record.  Below is an image of what I am going for.  The setup below does NOT work in case anyone glances at it and thinks this will solve a problem.  It is just a visual of what I am wanting to do without entering each IP individually.

Gary,

As you say, what you are trying to do will not work as the IP address list items are free text and whilst it will not stop you putting a range in, it will not work as it is expecting a single IP.

You can create an IP exclusion with a range, but I am not aware of a way for you to group them in the way you are looking to do it without creating your own grouping functionality.

Hope this helps,

Richard

Hi,

There no specific Range or format for Ip ranges.

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
