If I checkout a workflow in the workflow editor, is there a way to uncheck it out and discard any changes I've made? All I see is the Publish option, which, of course, will save any changes.
Thanks,
Gary

I really don't like how this is in ServiceNow.
The way to do this is Delete your checked out workflow.
That always makes me extra cautious because you do not want to deleted the published one, however just triple check you are on the workflow checked out to you and then choose Delete.
I double checked this in demo004 to make sure I wasn't wrong but try it yourself.

I was working with a BA recently, and he was messing around with workflows in a sandbox environment. He had a workflow checked out, and was testing with it. But he couldn't delete it after playing around. No delete option I asked him if he had any active items using the workflow (cat items created for testing) . yes he did, I told him to try cancelling those active items ( or delete, whatever ) which he did. The delete option magically re-appeared.

Thank you! I have always been able to delete workflows and was wondering if Fuji changed it up. I had no idea I had to cancel executing workflows first.

You can also go to wf_workflow_version_list.do and find the one you wanted to delete and delete it from there.
