Issue with setting up PRTG to integration in ServiceNow

Hello,

I've been trying to set up PRTG integration in my DEV environment. The Mid Server is up and up to date.

I get the following message:-

EVENTS
-------------------------------------------------------------
Credentials not found, id: e94e58b61bb9f01050e7422ad34bcbc4ERROR EXECUTING REQUEST: Method failed: (/api/table.json) with code: 401 - Invalid username/password combo
TypeError: Cannot read property "0" from null

I've followed the below guide, but it doesn't say which type of credentials to use. I've tried basic creds but this doesn't work.

It looks like it's trying to sign in with the user name 'e94e58b61bb9f01050e7422ad34bcbc4' rather than the one enter in the user name box and set up in PRTG. I've even changed the PRTG user name to the above one but, again it fails to sign in.

Thanks for the reply. I've read over that guide, but the issue persists.

What I think is the issue, is when ServiceNow goes to the MID SERVER it's not trying to sign in to PRTG as when I look at the logs in PRTG nothing trying to sign in. So I'm unsure how it saying there's an issue with the password or user name.

I wonder if there is a paid plugin needed, as we have installed the standard Event Manager free plugins.

Is there a connection between PRTG and MID server on proper ports?

Hi Ashutosh,

We have followed the guide and was able to update the MIDSERVER as it was out of date. Could this suggest it's correctly set up?
