Hello,
We are using Discovery. Our CMDB health score was low due to huge count of Stale CI , which is Software Package (cmdb_ci_spkg).
On this table, 'first discovered' and 'most recent discovered' is empty.
Also I am not able to find this class in the CI class Manager to modify the State rules.
Any heads up on this.
Thanks!
Nik

Hi Nik,
Did you try searching for term "Software" in the CI Class Manager?
Thanks,
Srinija

so if Software CI are becoming Stall then its not like those ci are not updating rather check in which systems they are installed ( like handheld, computersetc) and create a schedule if you are using discovery and with Ip ranges of the Cis and run them so all the Cis will be updated if still you are seeing them then the Software is outdated and no longer those software version are not being used in systems or those assets are retired, use auto flush to clear out the out dated Cis from CMDB.
