Unable to retrieve Serial Number through SolarWinds Service Graph Connector

Hello,

I have the SolarWinds Service Graph Connector configured in my environment but it isn't pulling in the Serial Number for any of the devices. The HardwareSerialNumber field on the staging table shows up empty.

I would like to understand if this has anything to do with the "sn_solarwinds_inte.sam_installed" property in ServiceNow.

Hi @Nikita Thomas ,

You will have to do data mappings correctly for Serial Number [cmdb_serial_number].
