ITOM Discovery Fundamentals On Demand: Module 6 - Task: Create iTunes Process Classifier

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to complete this task from Discovery Fundamentals, module 6 - Task: Create iTunes Process Classifier. Please see attached images for reference with regards to the requirements.

The problem is I wasn't able to validate the task due to the error shown:

I was able to configure the Process Classifier and I have a working credentials for my MID server.

But it's still failing when I'm validating the task. Is there anyone who encountered the same issue? If yes, were you able to resolve it and how?

After troubleshooting with support representative, we determined that this is a MID server issue and they're currently working on it. I would recommend that if issue still persist for future takers of this course, consider raising a support case.

You must not execute and validated the task for Module 6 on the same day you executed for Module 4.

Steps you need to follow: Invalidate the mid server , again validate the mid server , then again run run the validation for credential, after that execute the same discovery as per module 6. It will be done.
