Hi All

How can I find the count of ITOM licenses for my application ( Newyork version ) .

Is it the list of unique nodes in my application ( em_unique_nodes) ?

Please guide me ? I have to give a license report for ITOM in my application

Yup.

And in other two "License Report" and "License by CI Types" you can find the CIs you are using by type and their count. These are basic units for licensing.

There is also something called "Subscription Mangement" - It contains a host of information on how your subscriptions are getting consumed. You can check that out too.

Thanks a lot Badari for your reply . I am still a bit confused  .Please guide me if my understanding is correct -

ITOM total nodes : cmdb_ci_Server nodes where discovery source is snow or swatch and most recent discovered in last 90 days

event managaement nodes : unique records from em_unique_nodes

Service mapping nodes = ????

The new ITOM licensing considers Service Mapping and Discovery as both belonging to the "Visibility" category. Nodes from both are counted under "Visibility" category.

I am not sure if there is way for you to trace the counts separately. I can tell you about Cloud Management but I am not so sure about ServiceMapping.

You can check this link for the information I shared above: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/newyork-it-operations-management/page/product/it-operations-manag...

The Subscription Management app in the instance contains what you are licensed for.  Since ITSM Fulfillers are based on a 'per user' licensing model, it will tell you number allocated (assuming it has been configured).  Since ITOM is not based on a per user licensing model, it will tell you what is allocated, i.e. Discovery and no configuration is required.  Other ITOM apps such as Orchestration will probably say N/A under the Allocated column and will only provide number of purchased.  Hope this helps.
