Recently , we enabled the discovery for HP Printers and we can see some issue related to Jet direct with Zebra Printer.
the Jet direct boxes were connected through the serial cable to a Zebra printer, Also the Jet direct boxes were connected to wired network via network interface.
In Discovery , we can see its classified as printer with HP as manufacturer but actually its Zebra Printer attached screenshot for your reference.
Could you help us how we can classify with Zebra manufacturer instead of HP Jet Direct via ServiceNow discovery.
