Hi @test200 ,It looks like we have an issue with Cloud Labs; it's affecting both Simulators and Cloud Labs. The technical team is working on it, and we hope it will be resolved soon.

if still the issue persists like @sachin45 suggest wait till ServiceNow team sorts out this issue

You can wait until issue is resolved as Sachin mentioned and if it still persists after updated by ServiceNow University team you can login a Case in Now Help Support Center in ServiceNow University for details on the issue and updates.
