I'm facing an issue with ServiceNow Service Mapping where using an HTTP URL as the entry point provides a detailed view of the infrastructure, while using an HTTPS URL shows only a limited portion. Both URLs point to the same web application, yet the level of detail in the discovered infrastructure varies. Could someone explain why this happens and how to ensure consistent and comprehensive infrastructure mapping regardless of the protocol used? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
