Link to Knowledge article in ServiceNow

Is there a way to but a link to a knowledge article in Service Catalog? I am making a catalog that requires them to read a policy that will be a knowledge article, I would like to build a link to it inside of that catalog. Any Idea's?

If you don't see the permalink, you can create it yourself if you know the KB Article number. Try using a format like this:
https://[instance].service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=[KBnumber]
You can also leave off the beginning in your link so it will work in any instance, but that assumes that the article exists in other instances as well. So you can have a link that looks like this:
/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0012345]
