Hi could you tell me the maximum size limit for an attachment in the Incident Management module please?

Hi Tom,
You can specify the maximum size limit of the attachment can be attached in the ticket by using this property.
com.glide.attachment.max_size-->
Maximum file attachment size in megabytes:
Mark Correct /Helpful /Like based on the effect of response.

Check this
3 Limiting Attachment File Size
To specify the maximum attachment size:
- Navigate to System Properties > Security.
- Enter a value in the Maximum file attachment size in megabytes property (com.glide.attachment.max_size). Leave the field empty to allow attachments up to a maximum of 1GB. By default, this field is blank.
- Click Save.
