Hi,
I have two mid-servers installed on two different host machines.
For one of the mid-server I am getting CPU usage data in instance on "Dashboard". However, for another server I am not getting the CPU usage data. Only difference between two mid-server installation is that, once is installed on C drive and another one on E drive.
Can someone help me on how to get CPU usage data in an instance for mid-servers?
Thank You

Hi @Rahul Jain5
ecc_agent_scalar_metric table stores the CPU usage data inserted by each MID Server every 10 minutes. To troubleshoot this issue, check if you are getting entry into this table for the affected mid server or not ?

Hi @Amit Verma ,
I did checked that table, and there are no entries for CPU usage for the concerned mid-server.
Regards,
Rahul

Hi @Rahul Jain5
As a next step, please check the mid server logs for any sync issues. Please check if you have any active issues around the mid server.
Better to logon to the mid server host and check the agent logs. Also, you can try to restart the mid server service once. Please note that it will bring down the mid service for some time so be cautious before doing it on a Production instance.
Thanks & Regards

There are no active errors.
Agent logs also looks fine, and service restart didn't resolve the issue.
