Mid Server Installation Issue - User cannot be Authenticated or is missing the proper roles.
I am trying to install the mid server agent through cmd prompt as an admin but getting the error in the initial stage - User cannot be Authenticated or is missing the proper roles. ( screen shot attached).
[mid.rome-06-23-2021__patch4-hotfix1b-01-19-2022_02-08-2022_1831.windows.x86-64] msi file.

I tried to login from my mid server account into servicenow instance first, it prompted me to change password, after changing password, the authentication was successful
