Please provide recommendations on how we should monitor the SN instance. We can use other tools to accomplish the monitoring such as: SCOM, Dynatrace, Splunk..
We would lke to monitor:
1) Health of the MID servers
2) Health of the SNOW Paltform
3) Performance of the SNOW Paltform
4) Inegrations health
...
Thanks

1) Health of the MID servers---Use SCOM Monitoring for Mid Server CPU/Memory/Host Down events
2) Health of the SNOW Paltform --> Its a SAAS and Service Now Instance Availability available in HI Portal.
3) Performance of the SNOW Paltform---> You can try to TAP below SLOW Objects. I have not tried using any monitoring tool for this.
4) Inegrations health- Integration Logs can be tapped may be using SPLUNK. What are the parameters which u define so measure the health of Integration? No of errors, Connectivity ?
Regards
RP

thank you for your reply. Do you know if SN has a status page which we can access from the web without login on to find out the status of the environment?
HEre is an example from the Datadog status page:

Depending on your instance settings, xmlstats.do and stats.do might also be available or not without login.
