Moving Service Map from one instance to another (Service Mapping)

Hey, is there nay way to move the service maps from 1 instance to another.

Has anyone tried it or any other method you have come across.

As of right now we don't move mappings from one instance to another because of the sys_ids issue. Its recommend to just recreate.

Hi Patrick

Could you please be more elaborate. Anyhow once clone is done over subprod, the sys_id will be same right.

In New York there is ootb functionality for moving the Service Mapps Definition from one instance to another.
