Moving Service Map from one instance to another (Service Mapping)

Hey, is there nay way to move the service maps from 1 instance to another.

Has anyone tried it or any other method you have come across.

Is there a way to move manually created Service Maps from one instance to another?

or export/import Service Maps https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-operations-management/page/product/service-mappin... 
is for discovered type.
What about manually created service maps?
