Need and overview on ITOM subscription

I wanted to know what is being referred by the number it has under ITOM subscription as purchased and allocated. Whom and what these numbers are referring.

• Subscription Method: The Now Platform uses a licensing method where organizations are billed for using IT Operations Management products.
• Licensable Resources: Resources are assigned to CI categories, and license usage is measured using subscription units.
• CI Categories: Determined by the customer contract, with specific ratios of CI allocation for subscription units in each category.
• Charges: ServiceNow charges for ITOM Visibility, ITOM Discovery, ITOM Health, Health Log Analytics, ITOM Optimization, and ITOM Cloud Accelerate.
• ITOM Visibility: Includes Discovery, Service Mapping, Certificate Inventory, Service Graph Connectors, Multisource CMDB, and Firewall Audits and Reporting.
• ITOM Discovery: Entry-level package alternative with Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, and Multisource CMDB.
• ITOM Health: Includes Event Management and Metric Intelligence applications to track and maintain service health.
• Health Log Analytics: CI count based on log data received from licensable resource types.
• ITOM Cloud Accelerate: Includes Tag Governance, Cloud Migration Assessment, Cloud Configuration Governance, and Cloud Action Library.
• ITOM Optimization: Provides automation for cloud workflows and can be purchased separately or in a bundle.
• Bundle Subscriptions: Cover specific applications and cannot be used for other applications, even if part of the same bundle.
• Entitlement: Bundles also provide entitlement to Integration Hub to select spokes and protocols. ITOM Cloud Accelerate requires the additional Integration Hub Enterprise bundle entitlement.
