Need to know how svc_ci_assoc table is updated in servicenow for manually created CIs

look for this and try- scheduled job called as "Service Mapping - sync svc_ci_assoc

Hi,

Whenever the map is triggered  or it is computed then this table is updated.

Even if you add the manual endpoint and compute the Business service then this table is updated
