No process detected on host,that is listening on port 1,433.

Hi All,

 

While performing service mapping, I had configured a JIRA Service. But it throws an error.

Error - Failed to find process on host, No process detected on host, that is listening on port 1,433.

 

Can I get the solution for this?

Hi @suba 

 

Reg the error, it seems there was no matching process classifier OOB for that process. May I know according to your map, what is the corresponding real entity that is expected and what is the process name here running on port 1433.
