Hi ,
Have to integrate Okta with ServiceNow . After the integration, the expected results are
1) All users in Okta should be available in SNOW
2)All groups should be available in SNOW
3)when ever user or group is created in Okta, the created data should be auto populated in SNOW
4)Usage of webhooks events for Integration
5)Creation of User and group in Okta from ServiceNow
6)Efficient Usage of flows for the executions
Installed Okta spoke and followed this link https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/tokyo-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-manag... ,but in the document we have to Create 'Okta integration profile' in SNOW. Is this Okta integration creation is mandatory ?
Please suggest some documents or videos
Thanks in Advance,
Alias

Note, the DOC link above is specific to a use case for Okta and Software Asset Management. Is your goal integration for SSO, SAM, or complete activies through actions in Flow Designer?
Here is a link to the Spoke for Okta. There are multiple actions with the spoke that are valuable.
Here is a Support article for Setting up Okta SSO

Thanks for the reply , Yes our agenda is to have this Integration using spokes . For that, we have to add connection and credentials . But in the documents , It is specifying that , Connection and credential Alias record will be automatically populated , once the Integration Profile is created .
Can we create the Connection and credential Alias record manually ?
Thanks & Regards,
Alias

We have implemented the first 3 on your list along with user updates like users managers, departments and titles. OKTA does almost all of the work and gets it's data from our HR database UKG then pushes the user information to ServiceNow. This is the documentation our OKTA admin used ServiceNow Provisioning | Okta. OKTA will need an account with the Admin role as the user_admin role was not enough for OKTA to provision users in ServiceNow.

Thanks David for the reply , But we are planning to load data from Okta to servicenow using flows only .. Instead of Provisioning . Is that possible ?
