Hello together,
we want to use the Contract Module in the future.
There are diffrent Condition Check Definitions in it.
So I want to create a scheduled job, which check the event contract.expiration daily and send a notification.
Are there any OOTB Notificiation for it?
I don´t see any at the moment. How I should create it?
I want to send this notification not only to the contract administration, also another mail. Is it possbile?
Thank you in advance.
Michael

There is an OOTB notification working with this event. Name: Contract Threshold breached, table: ast_contract
This (as long as I remember) sends 3 notifications, 3 months, 2 months, 1 month before contract expiration.

You have the XML - you can go to the notifications list view, you can right click on any column header and go to Import XML. Then you should see the record in your instance.

Hi
sry for the question, but where can I find this notificication?
I have to define the recipients and so on.
I take a look at the System Notifications, but I don´t find anything.
Am I looking on the wrong site?
