The Qualcomm Service-Now team is looking to add a few members!

Systems Analyst - This person would be responsible for meeting with customers and determining the best way to implement their requirements within Service-Now as well as Quality Assurance and Testing.

Programmer Analyst - We need folks to help support our current implementations in the Incident and Service Catalog space as well as to help us move forward with Asset, Problem and Change!

Qualcomm has implemented the Incident and Service Catalog modules of Service-Now. The adoption of the tools within Qualcomm has been fantastic and we're looking to expand the presence of the modules that we've all ready implemented. The desired direction is to implement the Asset, Change, and Problem modules.
