Operational intelligence (matric collection from solarwind)

I am trying to configure metric collection from SolarWinds. I have installed the required plug-ins and it is working for a few of the metrics. I am not seeing any data for FileSystem or interface metrics. The event rule is created with the correct classification.  I do see events with Screenshot 2022-12-20 at 5.50.54 PM.png

 

similar metrics but it is showing on the insight explorer.

I have raised HI ticket and found that there was issue in initialising the API from service now.  Issue got fixed with upgrade to latest patch.
