Operational Status keeps changing constantly

Hello Community,
Currently, we noticed that the operational status of servers keeps changing constantly by Midserver User
, even after they have been previously discovered, I came across this article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1217508
but it doesn't make sense to me because in my case, it changes in the following manner every time that cloud discovery is executed:
1.- Operational - Retired
2.- Retired - Non-Operational
3.- Non-Operational - Operational
I've already checked the business rules, the pattern for Windows servers, the OSs - Pre Sensor, and the reconciliation rules, but it seems are not being affected by this, has anyone faced this issue before?

How many cloud accounts u have?
All these server objects are part of same cloud account?
