Oracle Database catalog is populating incorrect records

Hi Experts,

I am trying to discover oracle catalog instances on Utah version using the applicative credential. I am seeing that the oracle catalog instance is populating with incorrect records as confirmed by Oracle DB admin. Can someone help with this?
