Pattern Error Discovery

Hi All,
I am receiving below 2 pattern errors
1.UNIX cluster- VERITAS Cluster Pattern error for Identification for UNIX cluster- VERITAS Cluster step I am receiving below error message 
Pattern exit because graceful termination, reason: There is no Veritas Cluster Process running on this server.

and

2.SAP CI Application pattern
The Error message is as below
Identification CI errors:
Insertion failed with error, In payload missing minimum set of input values for criterion (matching) attributes from Identify rule for table[cmdb_ci_sap_sid].

Identification Relation Error:

Insertion failed with error, too many other errors.

Please help me on how we can resolve this error or finding the root cause.

(1) Pattern exit because graceful termination, reason: There is no Veritas Cluster Process running on this server.--> This is  informational . Pattern tries to find VERITAS CLUSTER on given HOST but its not there.

We also get same  message in case of Veritas Cluster - You Can ignore for now.

(2)Insertion failed with error, In payload missing minimum set of input values for criterion (matching) attributes from Identify rule for table[cmdb_ci_sap_sid].---> It Seems that PAYLOAD IS missing even  the identification Attribute for class CMDB_CI_SAP_SID.

For this SAP System (CMDB_CI_SAP_SID)  NAme and Version is the Identification Key.

Also try run this SAP Pattern in Debug mode and see how it goes.
