Increase the probe timeout by adding mid.windows.probe_timeout parameter in the MID Server Configuration Parameters.

thanks for your suggestion.
I added this parameter and set the value 1200 but i didn't work.
Any other suggestion please....

Uday , its causing various issue
Credential aren't validating allocated time ( 900 sec) to update the device in to cmdb
Might be due to network slowness issue in device located place or device performance issue
I suggest to wait some time and try to do quick discovery
