when i open events there is a field name "Processing Duration". what it is for and how it populates time?

As i can see it is an integer field, not a timer. from where this value get set?

As per my knowledge those things happens at the backend. Servicenow doesnot disclose the details. You may contact Hi support they can tell you why your event is taking longer time to process.
