"My groups work" filter

Hello,

Our service desk department wants to see on the "My groups work" tab all the unassigned incidents, tasks but not the resolved ones. I have applied this filter(see below print screen)

If i try to add another condition(Incident state-> is not->Resolved) the tasks disappear.

Do you have any ideas how to set the filter so they can see all the incidents and all the task but bot the resolved incidents?

Are you adding the Resolved condition as an AND or an OR?

Can you show us the condition that is not working?

This might work for you... Use the "Is not one of" operators (list v3 shown here, but it works the same in List v2.)
