We have enabled 1E tackyon in our instance. We wanted to update only one attribute to be updated by 1E tackyon. We have created reconciliation rule with 1E tackyon data source with lowest priority with this attribute. But 1E tackyon data source is updating all attributes with null values. How to prevent this?

To prevent 1E Tackion from updating all attributes with null values, you can follow these steps:
-
Create a new reconciliation rule with the specific attribute you want to update, and set the priority higher than the 1E Tackion data source.
-
In the reconciliation rule, specify the mapping of the attribute to the corresponding field in your instance.
-
Make sure that the reconciliation rule is set to "Update" mode, which means it will only update the specified attribute, and not overwrite any existing data in the instance.
-
Run the reconciliation rule, and verify that only the specified attribute has been updated, and not the other attributes.
By following these steps, you can ensure that only the specified attribute is updated by 1E Tackion, and not the other attributes.
